Delete your account or your data

Your Operify account belongs to the organisation that created it, and most of the records in it (shifts worked, tasks completed, audits) are that organisation's business records.

If you have left, or are leaving

Ask your organisation's Operify administrator to remove your access. They can do that the same day.

If you want your personal data deleted

You have the right to ask. Write to support@operifyai.co.uk from the address on your account, or open a request from inside the app, and say what you want removed. We will tell you what can be deleted, what has to be kept as a business or legal record, and by when.

In the mobile app you can also delete your own account under Preferences, Privacy and data.
