Notifications tell you about new tasks, shift changes and messages. They are controlled in Preferences, Notifications, and separately by your phone's own settings.
If nothing arrives: check Operify is allowed to send notifications in your phone settings, check the master switch in Preferences, and check quiet hours. Some notifications are treated as urgent by your organisation and will come through anyway.
