Open Leave, choose the dates, pick the type of leave and submit. Your manager is notified and you get the decision in the app.
Your balance
The balance shown is your organisation's record of what you have left in the current leave year, including anything already booked but not yet taken. Public holidays are handled according to your organisation's own policy.
If a request is refused or the balance looks wrong
Both are decisions and records held by your employer, so speak to your manager. We cannot change either.
