Open Audits and choose the one assigned to you. Work through the questions; some require a photo or a note before you can continue, and the form says so.
You can leave an audit part-finished and come back to it. Nothing is lost if you close the app, and an audit completed with no signal is sent when you are back online.
Findings
An answer that fails creates a finding, which is assigned to someone to put right. You can add a photo and a comment, and that is usually the most useful thing you can do at the time.
