If your organisation has set up single sign-on, you do not keep a separate Operify password.
- Open Operify and enter your work email address.
- You are sent to your company's sign-in page, the same one you use for email.
- Once you are through, you come back to Operify already signed in.
If it does not work
An error on your company's page (wrong password, account locked, approval needed) is theirs to fix, so contact your IT team. An error after you return to Operify usually means your account has not been given access yet, and your Operify administrator can check that.
Signing out of Operify does not sign you out of your company account, and on a shared device that matters: sign out of both.
