Work through these in order. Most sign-in problems are one of the first two.
You have never signed in before
Operify accounts are created by your own organisation, not by us. If you have no invitation, ask your manager or whoever administers Operify where you work. We cannot create an account for you, and we cannot add you to an organisation.
You have forgotten your password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset link goes to the address your account is registered with and is valid for a short time; request a fresh one if it has expired. If no email arrives, check the junk folder, then ask your administrator to confirm which address is on your account.
Your organisation uses single sign-on
Enter your work email address and you will be sent to your company's own sign-in page. If that page rejects you, the problem is with your company account rather than with Operify, and your IT team is the right place to go.
You sign in with a payroll number or username
Some organisations set up accounts without an email address. There is no password reset for those; your administrator resets it for you.
It says your details are right but nothing happens
If the message says we could not reach the server, the problem is on our side or with your connection, not with your password. Check status.operifyai.co.uk for a known incident, then try again in a few minutes.
